The Ceramill Customer Center is an online service portal made available to our customers to aid the trouble-free operation of our products and systems – in a clear, simple, and self-explanatory way.
All relevant information, recent software updates, and comprehensive services for Amann Girrbach products are at your disposal with just a single login.
C3 has been developed in a completely new technical software environment. This new environment allows us to continue providing our customers not only with the core functions (registration, activation, updates, support), but also many new value-added features for daily laboratory use.
The core functions at the start of the C3 Portal include:
- Product registration / activation
- Software updates and version admin
- Online & helpdesk support
- Knowledge Database
- M-Center order processing (manufacturing center)
